In late 2018, I had my daughter Reese and decided to quit my full-time job to launch Scout Creative Agency. Previously I worked in digital marketing for seven years doing everything from video production to social media management to blog writing. I built my business with a baby on my lap and a toddler running around at my feet. In 2021, I started to teach other women how to build their own business, regardless of their time constraints for family situations.
